Tony's Barbeque Sauce (1)

Mix together:
-------------
2 cups Ketchup
1/3 to 1 Cup of water, depending on thickness
3-1/2 Tablespoons real lemon juice
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
3 Tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce (the sweet, thick kind) (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon vinegar
1 Teaspoon dry mustard powder, or real mustard
Makes about 3-1/2 to 4 cups sauce. Refriggerate the left over.

I use this sauce for everything I BBQ but with little variations, such as adding
soft butter to the sauce for saté or kabobs, or a tablespoon of oil for steaks.
Or I add a little crushed garlic; tastes very good.
The sweet and thick soy-sauce is availble in your regular chinese store. Mine are
a yellow label with a red 'A' on it. Leave it out if you wish, no problem.
