Tony's Barbeque Sauce (2)

Excellent for steak and pork chops. HINT: Before putting your meat on the hot BBQ,
brush litely with a bit of oil only. This method will seal the pores and keep all the
juices inside. For the same reason your meat will guaranteed not stick to the grill.

Mix together:
--------------
2 Cups of Ketchup
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoons Red Cane-sugar (or use dark brown sugar as a substitute)
1/2 Cup Soy-sauce (preferable the sweet/thick kind, available at the chinese store)
1 Tablespoon olive oil (or whatever you have in the house)
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine (or wine vinegar)
pinch of ginger powder
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of black pepper

If you don't have the thick/sweet soy-sauce but the thin salty stuff, add 1/2 cup of
dark brown sugar to the mixture. Because of the sugar, I recommend to let your
meat brown first on the BBQ before you start brushing on the sauce.
