Tony's Pesto Sauce


2 cups fresh basil leaves
4 good sized garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 cup shelled walnuts
1 cup best quality olive oil
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese
salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

Chop basil with garlic and walnuts.  Switch on the food processor and poor in the 
olive oil, slow and steady stream.  Add the rest of the ingredients and combine briefly.
