Serves 4
  5-3/8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese 
      2 ounces Cream Cheese
      3 Tbsp+2 Tbsp white Sugar
      2 Egg Yolks 
      3 Tbsp+1ounce Marsala
      24 Lady Fingers, French-style
      2 cups espresso or *very* strong coffee
    1/2 cup warm water
      7 ounces heavy whipping cream
      3 Tbsp powdered sweetened Cocoa mix
Cream Mixture:
     o  In an electric mixer, whip the sugar and egg yolks on high speed until
        pale yellow and thick.
     o  With mixer on medium speed, add cream cheese and whip until smooth.
     o  Add Mascarpone and Marsala.
     o  Mix until incorporated.
     o  Fold in whipped cream.
     o  Refrigerate.
Prepare Espresso Mixture:
     o  Combine espresso, additional Marsala, sugar, and warm water.
Assembly:
     o  Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture.
     o  Place one layer of dipped ladyfingers on bottom of serving platter.
     o  Top with one layer of cream mixture.
     o  Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
     o  Sift powdered Cocoa over cream top.
